Geometry textbook. Jacobs 2nd or third edition.

What is the difference between the 2nd the 3rd edition?

I have hard time to find teachers manual and test. So I think I have to go with third. Pro and cons??

Any better geometry textbook?? AOPS won't do. I have the book and don't think it will work.
