Parrothead
My friend and I are exchanging gifts this year. She has asked for "warm insoles for skiing." I imagine she is looking for something like these. Is there another brand or type I should look at? She is often very cold.
Dandelion
I haven't used any special insoles. Did you attach an example? I can't see any attachments. We use the disposable foot/boot warmers. They sell them at sporting goods stores, and also at several department stores that have a sporting goods section (Target, Walmart, etc.). They're generally around $1.50-2.00 per pack. Can't think of any specific brand that works better than the others - we just buy whatever is available and they all seem work the same. You "activate" them when you're ready to use them and stick them in your ski boots an hour or so ahead of hitting the slopes - they warm up your boots really nicely and you can keep them in while you're skiing to keep your feet warm (last for about 8-12 hours).
