Vida Winter Posted December 11, 2012 Posted December 11, 2012 ...when do you think composite test scores (not the essay) will be available? Thanks Dana Quote
8filltheheart Posted December 11, 2012 Posted December 11, 2012 OUr ds still has not received his Oct test scores. On their website under when scores will be available, it states a range and gives until Dec 31 as a possible date. It is absolutely ridiculous. He needed scores for something and I am really glad he took the SAT b/c we have had them back for weeks. Quote
cbollin Posted December 11, 2012 Posted December 11, 2012 Here's the info on ACT site for range of dates http://www.actstudent.org/scores/viewing-scores.html My dd took the Sept date and scores were ready on the first possible date. I'm guessing her Dec. test scores will show up in the range shown. (Dec. 26-Feb. 1) and then her essay score will show a few weeks after that. ((hugs)) to 8filltheheart on the delays. Quote
Vida Winter Posted December 11, 2012 Author Posted December 11, 2012 Thanks for the info and link. DD has Feb 15th deadlines so I hope this won't be a problem. She didn't do the essay this time. 8filtheheart, I hope you get the scores soon enough that you can update applications and they can do your son some good. How frustrating to take the test and then not have it count. Quote
8filltheheart Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 Hi Dana, I just wanted to let you know that ds finally found out his Oct ACT scores today. So, allow yourself those range of dates b/c I bet there are still kids out their waiting. Quote

So, allow yourself those range of dates b/c I bet there are still kids out their waiting. Glad he finally received his scores. I hope they can be of some use to him. I appreciate your update. Dd is already accepted to her college so the scores this time are to try to get the best scholarships possible. She thinks she did much better this time. Besides doing more prep work we spent the night in a hotel near the test location instead of getting up at 4:30 a.m. and driving (we did this in the past). I think the reduced stress of not having to drive several hours on icy roads, plus the added sleep will give dd an advantage over the times she took the test before. Sometimes I hate living so far from everything. Quote
