Freckles Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 I do it for my kids! My mother did it for us. I knew I had become an adult when the magic of Christmas rested on my shoulders. I try to keep a balanced approach, and not take things too seriously. I just finished shopping today. Costco is having a great sale on girls socks! :grouphug: Quote
jenangelcat Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 You can get visa gift cards that are usable anywhere that accepts visa. Go with pizza if that's what you want to do. There's no rule that says you have to follow tradition. Pizza and wings with pop and chips would be easy and tasty. "How do you do it with a smile on your face?" I don't know. I love everything about Christmas and none of it stresses me out. I don't have a bunch of people to buy for though and no outside family to deal with. Quote
Guest Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Pizza sounds lovely! We plan on having a very untraditional Christmas this year and we just might do that! (Do they deliver on Christmas?) Quote
Baseball mom Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 Go for the pizza :thumbup1: Sounds good to me  As for gifts, give your mom a gift card again. If it makes her happy that is great. :001_smile: Quote
