bobbeym
Has anyone used Microsoft Outlook calendars for their DC's scheduling? I was scheduling meetings at work he other and had expanded it to the 15-min calendar detail to make it easier for what I was doing. It occurred to me that it might make my scheduling for DS much easier, since I can set up the different blocked times as recurring appointments and change the one-offs as needed. Right now we have schedules created in both word and excel but neither provide enough easy flexibility and it's a pitb to break things down to show a 5-min break halfway through an algebra block time. Google doesn't give me enough flexibility with time blocks either. Has anyone else tried using Outlook for hs purposes? Pros/cons I'm not thinking of? Candid
I use Google, but I also have Google's Outlook sync installed for both of us. I don't use it to time block his time, but for things like clubs and outside classes I do put them on his calendar.
