thundersweet
I am thinking of purchasing 6th grade history and science. What we are currently using isn't working well. This special is for online only, no books. Are the books necessary? Thanks, Sandy
GalmiBorn
Where are you getting this deal? I just went to their website but didn't see any deals. I'd be interested in this!

3andme
You get an e-book version of the student and teacher's textbooks in addition to the videos with the online course so you don't have to buy the textbooks separately.

Really? I called to ask a couple questions yesterday and she did say I would need the textbook, and a workbook. Maybe she was wrong. 3andme
We're currently using the BJU Life Science online course which I signed up for last year when they had this sale. It definitely includes the online version of the textbooks. The blank student activity and investigation worksheets are not included however on the Parent section, you can find copies of the completed worksheets with the answers filled in. So you would have to buy the separate Activity book.

So with textbook online, how does that work while you are doing a lesson. From what I understand now, you need access to the textbook during the lesson. Did you print it? 3andme
I already had actual copies of the textbooks and that's what we've used. However, it shouldn't be a problem to use the online text. When you click on it, it opens the textbook in a new tab in your browser. The video also opens in a new tab so you can just toggle back and forth if necessary or minimize one window.
