Electronic tools for dyslexia

Ds uses Co-writer pretty regularly. I actually have to tell him to turn off Co-writer for AAS dictation. We are about to start with Kidspiration for mind-mapping. We use a lot of various audiobook sources and digital text. I'd love to get him a LiveScribe pen, but he won't need that for a few years yet.

When DS sat in a reg classroom and would study for big exams, he would read aloud his notes into a digital handheld recorder and then relisten to the notes. Speech to text software might benefit your child. The kindle with text to speech turned on as he reads has worked well for DS too. Inspiration is becoming useful.
