Wondering about trying something to help my son with his ADHD/OCD symptoms
EKS
The single best natural thing we did for my son who has ADHD and dyslexia is to give him a protein breakfast. You also might want to google to see what Andrew Weil has to say.
bluedarling
The Omega 3 we've used is just fish oil (twice the EPA to DHA ratio was recommended to us.) Our naturopath also suggested L-tyrosine as a stimulant, but I haven't really noticed an improvement with it. It might make the OCD worse? You could try it, though. Ottakee
We use Country Life Omega 3 mood. It has 1000mg of EPA per 2 tablets and a high EPA:DHA ratio. Omega Brites are another good brand.
jeninok
We do a stimulant Med, but it helps the most at a low dose combined with Omega 3 oils, Acetyl l-arganine, and Coq10. His Allegra also really helps.with the brain fog. His allergies don't present as stuffy nose, but rather grumpy droopiness and fog.
