sheryl
Recently I posted "Gluten Free flour" and received many responses. I just now reread them and have a better understanding. Also, I researched GF flour / wheat-free flour substitutes. Now I realize one gf flour is not used for everything in the kitchen. I read from two different sites that you can use a food processor to turn your grain into flour. Has anyone tried this?
Unicorn.
I use my food processor to make my own oat flour. It's not as finely ground as what you can buy, but it's worked okay so far.

Really? So, I should try chia seeds and almonds to make "flour"? I'd LOVE to do that. And, quinoa seeds? How would that work for making chickpea flour? You might end up w/ almond butter, and humus. I like experimenting in the kitchen, so I would do it just to see what happens. :D Let us know if it works!
