Annie Laurie
My dh has had cramping in his foot for going on an hour and we can't get it to stop. We've tried ice and a heating pad, toe flexes, walking on it. I've never seen a foot cramp last so long. What can we do? He can't even walk right now. He runs regularly- could it be a running injury? MrsH
Have you tried epsom salts? I use that for all muscle issues. If it continues, I'd call the doc and get their suggestions! Hope that won't be necessary though!
Celia
This is probably going to sound dumb, but have him eat a banana. If I don't eat bananas, I get muscle cramps. It does sound like an injury though, as it's gone on so long!
Woodhaven
Yes, the banana has potassium which helps releave muscle cramps. I also agree that soaking it in epson salts is a good suggestion, as the magnezium will help him relax. If it is an injury, he'll need a doctor. Hope it goes away soon!!!
