Anyone have a microphone/karaoke thingy they love for an iPod?

I'm thinking about buying my 10yo dd a microphone/karaoke thingy for her iPod touch. She loves to sing and dance to those annoying :) tween songs, and I think a microphone would be really fun. I saw a karaoke machine at Target, but it didn't seem to use an iPod for the songs. Seemed as though I would have to buy separate CDs of some sort to work with the machine. I'm hoping for something that integrates with an iPod.

 

And if anyone has a disco ball or strobe light to recommend....or any other dance/performance type accessory for a tween dancing in her bedroom, I'm all ears.
