This one just got moved here today by a moderator, so I guess I put it somewhere wrong to begin with. I am still trying to figure out all of the new discussion ones. It seemed people assumed that the warning points would be kind of a 3 strikes and you are out kind of thing (though I don't think the # was confirmed..) and everyone can only see their own warning points.
