Halcyon
I have a cruddy cheap dayrunner from Office Max which is falling apart, and I need to find a really sturdy, well made calendar for my purse...here are my requirements.... 1. Has weeks shown on facing pages (so one week is spread over two facing pages) 2. binding is sturdy, lays reasonably flat 3. not too large, as I need to put in my purse 4. pages that dont easily rip or fall out. 5. attractive is nice!! Sounds silly but i am on my 3rd planner of the year and they keep falling apart. would love one that runs an academic year from sept of 2012 to next year. Help! MunRoLy
Polestar Family Calendar!! I've been using them for years and years and they fit your requirements perfectly, depending on the size of your purse. I buy them on Amazon every year and save my old ones. I highly recommend it! Ellie
Frankline and DayRunner both make very nice calendars.
The Governess
This one is very nice, although I'm not sure if it comes in an academic year. I've used a couple of their Mom Agendas, which are a single day per page. I love the extra lines at the bottom of the page where you can have a separate space for each family member's activities.
