Harriet Vane
My daughter and some friends want to put on a play. Last summer they did "The Importance of Being Earnest." They want something along those lines--classic, funny, and with a small number or characters (or that can be easily edited to a smaller number of characters). Help? TechWife
It seems all of the high schools around here do "Our Town."
Lori D.
- Blythe Spirit (Noel Coward) - Pygmalion (George Bernard Shaw) - You Can't Take it With You (Moss Hart & George S. Kaufman) These may have too many characters and be hard to adapt, but: - The Mouse That Roared (Leonard Wibberley) - Arsenic and Old Lace (Joseph Kesselring) - A Christmas Carol (Charles Dickens) -- see here or here for a script. And here's a link to a list of resources of free, one-act plays. Edited November 13, 2012 by Lori D.
