Streamlining food prep for special diets--SweetPea?

Didn't want to hijack the Crohn's thread, but I'm very curious about your system for baking 1 day every 3 weeks, SweetPea!

 

My girls both have multiple food intolerances and it's clear they do better when I make about 95% of what they eat, which seriously cramps my style. I've spent years in the kitchen and I'm just ready for more time to think and do other things. This former foodie is downright sick of food! :tongue_smilie:

 

Anyone else have streamlining tips?

I just came across this! Sorry it's taken me so long to reply.

 

In one day I'll bake 2 loaves of banana bread, 2 batches of sandwich rolls, 2 loves of cornbread, 2 loaves of sandwich bread, and biscuits or doughnuts. All of these freeze great. It makes my life so much easier.
