MrsMe
I'm not sure where this post should be, but I opted here.:tongue_smilie: Lined notebook paper. I don't remember it being such poor quality. It's so thin and cheap! I feel like we're writing on paper that isn't much thicker than paper I find in the Bible. Is there a decent quality manufacturer of basic lined notebook paper you like? This stuff is horrible! I have Officemax generic and Target. Yuck, yuck! It's driving me nuts.
raceNzanesmom
I agree. I hadn't bought any in several years and was very disappointed in what I bought this year. I wonder if Miller Paper would be better???
Ellie
I always expect Office Depot and other similar store brands to be cheap. :glare: You have to buy "real" brands. :)
Halcyon
I recently began buying a wonderful brand sold at Office Depot which has reinforced holes made by Norcom. It's the third time we have bought it and I wont go back to the old cheap paper. This is thicker and because of the reinforcement, the pages dont rip out over time. Five Star makes another goood paper, also reinforced.
justLisa
huh. I don't have this problem. I don't even know what brand I buy. I got it off of Amazon

I started buying the Five Star paper with reinforced holes a few years ago and will never go back to regular paper.

I like the reinforced because over time the pages would always be falling out of their binders.
nukeswife
I bought some a while back from miller pads and paper and it was thicker, but I didn't like that it didn't have the red margin lines on it. Now I just buy the 5 star reinforced at target or walmart or where ever I happen to be.
Suzanne115
I really like Staples Reinforced Filler Paper. It is heavier weight than most and the holes are reinforced so they aren't tearing all the time. It is a little pricier, but I think it is well worth it. MrsMe
I ordered some 5-star and Norcom to see which I like best. I'm guessing 5-star as it seems to weigh more. Thanks!
airforcefamily
We use the cheap back to school sale stuff as scrap paper or for doodling, regular mead paper for everyday use, and target brand reinforced paper (long plastic strip along the side) for things that will be kept in a binder. birchbark
I have been happiest with the stuff I've bought at Walgreens. Not sure of the brand, but MUCH better than Walmart's. ETA: I think this is it. Edited November 9, 2012 by birchbark
