Nestof3
Hello. My husband bought these. How should I cook them? Fry pan? Oven? I'd prefer to use oven. I plan to serve with leftover garlic rice pilaf and broccoli. Thanks!
Alenee
I like to put Montreal seasoning on them and bake. Maybe about 20 min (give or take) at 350*.
Belacqua
I like to put Montreal seasoning on them and bake. Maybe about 20 min (give or take) at 350*. Ooh, everything is better with Montreal seasoning! Or if you're feeling more Asian, you could marinate in mirin and soy sauce, maybe brush on some hoisin. If you use a recipe, I'd recommend cutting the cooking time a bit and checking the meat; most recipes, especially older ones, tend to want you to cook pork until it's dry and leathery. Nestof3
Thank you. I found this prior to any reponse and tried it. They were the best pork chops I have ever had. http://community.cookinglight.com/showthread.php?24855-cooking-pork-chops
