klmama
I assume different texts use different numbers for their definitions, etc., based on the order the definitions and theorems are introduced. Is that right? In TT Geometry, ch. 3, Theorem 4 states "Pairs of vertical angles are congruent (equal)." Will we ever need to know it's "Theorem 4," or is knowing the fact enough? MyThreeSons
Never, ever, will you need to know it as theorem 4. In fact, it's better to learn the concepts than to learn the Theorem numbers.
