runbikeswim
Due to participating in a very demanding science club, I am in need of a simple, non demanding science curriculum this year. Middle school appropriate, and covering biology, earth science, chemistry. It could be online or a mix of things. Thanks:)
Chrysalis Academy
CPO? I have been looking at their Middle School Life Science, Physical Science, Earth Science texts, and they seem really straightforward, thorough, and easy to implement. Of course, I haven't actually used any of these yet, but they *seem* easy to do . . .
Joani
Are you looking for something hands-on, or more of just a textbook? I really like Interactive Science from Singapore Math as a textbook for middle school, but the labs are difficult and confusing to do at home. Rainbow Science would be very "open-and-go" if you want lots of labs.
dbmamaz
not sure its at all useful, but i started homeschooling my teen in 8th grade. i started science by just having him read (and do the online activities) Dr Arts Guide to Science - on amazon
missmoe
I would suggest Rainbow Science just the text, if you already have the hands-on covered with your science club.
