emcap
I appreciate the help I received here before, so I came back to ask again. We were all set to order the recommended Casio, then this one popped up on Craigslist. http://www.amazon.com/Yamaha-88-Key-Graded-Hammer-Digital/dp/B00005U7SC/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top Could you give me your opinions? Thanks again for your help. :)
AlmiraGulch
DH (piano store sales manager, in the business for 20 years) says he'd ditch the Casio AND the one you just linked to for a Yamaha P95. He says it's a considerably better product, and $499 brand new.

AlmiraGulch
Oh no, a totally new direction  thanks so much, I'll look into it. :D Sorry! He just happened to be standing here so I asked him. He didn't hesitate in his response. He said he'd ALMOST never recommend a Casio, and the Yamaha you're looking at is an older model. He says that definitely makes a difference with digitals, particularly in that price range.
