My yougest recently earned a 6 month subscription for Highlights and is working toward her next reward! The quizes are simple, usually 10 questions, and they have a good book selection as well. There are a few prizes like the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Bar and the Highlights subscription that are labeled "USA only" so I assume that means the rest can ship to Canada.
