So are you going to plot all of the data collected from the WTM sample and let us know how the days stack up?

For our family - 1 in 4 for Tuesday.

Me - Wednesday, which I've always hated because of the whole "child of woe" thing.

DS 1 - Monday; can't believe I had to actually look it up and couldn't remember!

DS 2 - also a child of woe

DH - Tuesday

Me: Sat

husband: Sun

my mom: Sunday

my dad: Tues

my sis Wed

BIL: Tue

my grandma: Wed

my grandpa: Sat

So 2 Saturdays, 2 Tuesdays, 2 Saturdays, 2 Sundays and 2 Wednesdays. None were C-sections. I didn't check for his parents or for other grandparents because I wasn't sure of the exact years.

We need a POLL!

I wanted to do a poll, but you couldn't vote more than once for a single day of the week, like if two kids were born on Wed and one on Fri, you couldn't vote Wed twice and Fri once. I'm going through all the posts and counting for each day. So far Tuesday is in the lead even not counting the Tuesday inductions.

Second number is scheduled c sections.

Sunday: 4 - 2

Tuesday: 1 - 1

Wednesday: 1

Thursday: 3 - 1

Friday: 2 - 1

DD's were the Thursday and Friday c sections, DH and SIL were the Sundays and my nephew the Tuesday. All scheduled. This includes me, dh, dds, mom, brother, sil, nephew, 2 nieces, and a friend.

If you're only counting our nuclear family:

Sunday: DH csec-planned

Thursday: me, DD c sec planned

Friday: DD csec planned

Okay. I went through every post and counted how many people were born on each day for everyone who listed them out. There were a few inductions/c-sections on Tuesdays, but not significantly more than on other days.

50 people were born on Sundays

83 on Mondays

87 on Tuesdays

60 on Wednesdays

70 on Thursdays

80 on Fridays

43 on Saturdays

So Tuesdays won, but only by a small margin over Mondays and Fridays.

Interesting.
