Is anyone else having trouble keeping them interested?

I'm certain there is a thread somewhere on here regarding this topic; I'm just lazy about looking for it. I need instant gratification! Lol.

Can I get some suggestions on how to keep high school students interested in their studies, working with a limited budget and few outside resources?

Or, can someone tell me is it is normal for them to go through a, sort of, withdrawal period?
