RainbowSprinkles
She can take a few steps on her own, but is mostly holding on when walking. She hates wearing socks, she pulls them right off. The one pair of robeez that she had are too small. We really need something for her feet with the colder weather approaching. Would you get another pair of robeez or regular sole shoes? hsbaby
We never tried Robeez, but I loved Pedipeds! I prefer the soft soled shoes when they are first learning to walk.
carriede
My girl has some generic, soft soled Walmart shoes.
Plink
Have you seen the rubber soled Robeez? I loved them for my little ones. They are water repellant, flexible, cute, and most importantly, they stay on well.
MFA323
I would go with another pair of Robeez. They have some good options for cold weather. If you want something with more of an all-weather sole, try the Stride Rite Soft Motion shoes. Those were great for DD as a transition shoe. http://www.striderite.com/store/SiteController/striderite/subcategory?catId=cat1530399SR&subCatId=cat1530650SR&&segment=
umsami
I've always had great luck with Robeez, and the Target version. For winter though (snow), we were given a pair of baby Uggs for DS1 which were wonderful. With the other kids, I bought similar faux-Ugg boots at Target which worked well. labst60
With my first 2, we did Robeez while crawling (just to cover the feet on chillydays) and then switched to Stride Rite NMS (Natural Motion System) from the first few steps. For us, they were awesome. I tried Pediped at one point but the upper of the shoe didn't hold up as well. Many of our stride Rites from my first 2 girls are being worn by #3 and look like new! #3 really has worn limited shoes b/c we live in a warmer climate - but when she HAS had to wear shoes, its been the Stride rites too (and now at 20 months, usually crocs!)
