Kate in Arabia
I asked dh to get some chicken, I was hoping for a couple of whole chickens but unfortunately that's not what I got :( I really don't like the pre-tenderized chicken, which is marinated in salt, water and some-number chemical, but that is what he got - "tender" boneless chicken. And it says clearly on the package not to put it in the freezer, but of course he put it in the freezer :( So, is it usable (because it was frozen)? If so, is it better to cook it in something where it cooks a long time, or on a grill, or something else? I'm not excited about using it at all, but also not excited about throwing it away, lol. Will I need to adjust salt in the recipe?
Melissa in Australia
I have never used it, But I wouldn't add any more salt at all.
Unicorn.
Don't add salt, and rinse it well before cooking. I hate that stuff!
