Would you know of any groups that do field trips/social activities for teens? Drama club? Engineering/Science/Math clubs? Trish Posted October 17, 2012 Share Posted October 17, 2012 Well I'm in Lakeland (about 45 minutes away going toward Orlando) so what we do isn't close enough for you, but I can say from what I've heard there's plenty of great homeschool opportunities in Tampa. Also some great summer programs through the local theater and science center. Lowery Park Zoo is one of the BEST zoos for kids in the nation! Hopefully someone from that area will provide details, but I've definitely noticed some great opportunities in my travels. Good luck!
