I would pick the cat, just because they are less maintenance. Though my cat pees everywhere, so I suppose it's a draw. elegantlion Posted October 14, 2012 Share Posted October 14, 2012 Dog, they poop outside. I've had cats and dogs all my life, feeling fairly neutral about both. This cat we have no has cemented my decision to not have another cat. He's old and has bowel issues and is just a pain. I feel bad, it's not really his fault, he's just an old cat. We had 3 huskies at one time years ago, Oh if I could have had a use for dog hair. Loved them, miss them. We have a half lab/German shorthair now and she is a doll. Most loyal, loving dog. Labs adore and love you. Huskies let you love and adore them, they're kind of like cats in that manner. :lol: Dh keeps saying no more pets, and I'm swearing off cats, so big dog drooly thing wins.
