LAmom
Has anyone here used a progesterone cream? If so which one and when/how much? I was thinking of trying some for severe PMS (irritability/moodiness/chocolate cravings/cramps). Or if you have other suggestions? I won't give up my coffee. :D
Quad Shot Academy
I tried tons of stuff over the years including prescription progesterone. Vitex has been a miracle cure for me! It is just one pill a day, all month long. It costs almost nothing too! An MD is the one that told me about it. :grouphug:
Sharon37127
If you try an OTC progesterone cream, try Emerita ProGest. I was on it for a few months (great results) and decided to try a brand that was on sale (and this was at a health food store). Never again; I felt awful. From now on, it's ProGest. Flowing Brook
Women's freedom tea from mountain rose herbs is awesome. I went from having horrible pms three weeks out of a month to having none whatsoever I drink twenty ounces at least five days a week. I love this stuff and will never be without it again. KerryAnn
Red Raspberry Leaf tea, magnesium oil rubbed onto the skin and vitex are awesome. They're three parts of the hormone balancing protocol I'm on.
LAmom
Sheesh. I just realized all my WTM notifications have been going into my spam folder! That's weird. Anyways, thanks for the help. I will look into some of the things mentioned.
