sparrow Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 He had a BLAST and "the best hot chocolate I've had in my LIFE!" Thanks to everyone for their cold, damp weather camping tips. He was so busy he didn't have a chance to get cold yesterday and said he was snug and warm last night, but froze the first night. I'll have to find out what adjustments he made :001_smile:. We did have a brief scare when one of his leaders called because he had to let us know he got donked on the head with "a small log, no, that sounds scary. Um, a largish limb" while they were building their troop's gateway. Argh! Head injury! He had a good sized goose egg, but there was an EMT on site that checked him out. He was fine.
