curlgirl
My children and I like to use old history texts for our notebook pages. we cut out the pictures to decorate our pages. I am wondering if anyone has any brilliant ideas on how or where to find some more for free or cheap because I think we'll be exhausting our supply of pictures here pretty soon. Thanks! Arcadia
Library book sales. If the sale is over the weekend, we go on the second day where the less popular books will be very cheap. Also look at the coffee table books in the library book sales. Some have wonderful photos of historical landmarks. Ask your neighbors, some may have old history books that they are no longer reading. momto2Cs
You can always browse Amazon for titles, and then use bookfinder dot com to find the cheapest copies. Garage sales, Goodwill, second hand bookstores, and I second the recommendation for library sales.
