StaceyinLA
I'm trying a sriracha chicken and the marinade calls for yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, sriracha, garlic, salt and pepper. Of course, I am totally out of rosemary. Any ideas??
Spy Car
Do you have any marjoram or oregano? Or even fesh basil? Otherwise, I would not sweat it. Sounds like it will have plenty of seasoning in any case. I highly doubt you will miss the rosemary. Bill
StaceyinLA
And I was wondering about thyme?!? I have fresh oregano growing though, and it calls for fresh rosemary, so maybe that's the route I should take.
Harriet Vane
Thyme is fine. My personal pick would be basil. Oregano would also be good.

With the hot sauce, garlic, lemon, and yogurt, this is an impossible dish to mess up. Oregano is strong (so don't over do) but all the other flavors are strong too. It will be good.
