Beth S
I'm just glad they figured out a way to make it continue, as they previously agreed (contracted most of the actors) for a 5th season. http://blogs.weta.org/tellyvisions/2012/05/17/downton-abbey-roundup-series-3-filming-continues-and-all-sorts-rumors-are-flying Most of the principal cast has re-signed contracts through a possible Series 5 – including Michelle Dockery (Mary), Elizabeth McGovern (Cora), Hugh Bonneville (Robert), Joanne Froggatt (Anna) and Brendan Coyle (Bates). We're happily using Tunnel Bear to get a sneak peek of DA here!:001_smile:

Oooo, I hadn't read that yet. That's good to know. So the prequel will take a while to get to. I just hope the actors they hire for the prequel are as top-notch as the current cast. Just Another Jen
Me too. I guess I don't get it, why it was such a problem. I'll be cryptic so I don't give anything away: I wonder if it'll work out in the end? The preview for next week looked twisty as well. I am enjoying watching it now. Beth S
I just finished watching it, and will NOT spoil it. But I did laugh out loud and smile and cry and cheer and enjoy it all!
Rebecca VA
If you're thinking of the same subplot I'm thinking of, it was very sad. It was unsettling, too -- there was no real closure, just sadness all around. I hope things will right themselves in a future episode. blakereese
I haven't watched any of season 3 yet. Where are you guys watching?
Beth S
This has been discussed in a previous WTM DA thread. :001_smile: I signed up for UK Internet Service via TunnelBear, which then allows access to the ITV website which broadcasts the show. Completely legal, and very creative solution!

Brenda in FL
I haven't watched any of season 3 yet. Where are you guys watching? Tunnelbear. You have to pay a monthly subscription of like $5. The first episode is only available for 10 more days. Once you are connected with tunnelbear, you go to the iTV website.
