Jean in Newcastle
I think the little bones in my feet and ankles are out of alignment. Most of the time I can walk and stand pain free but every now and then (like every 5 minutes or so) I will step a "wrong" way or even while standing my weight will shift slightly and I will have pain shooting through my feet and my feet will buckle. I'm now walking around holding onto furniture or the wall for safety's sake. Stairs are particularly interesting. I hope I can get into my chiropractor tomorrow. I know it is muscle related. My muscles will clench and will pull everything around it out of whack, including the bones. Doing an hour of Zumba followed by two hours of helping a friend move yesterday was too much for me. I have stretched and stretched and stretched but so far that hasn't been the magic bullet.
Tap
Any chance you have new shoes? Or maybe need new shoes LOL. That is usually the culprit for me.

hsingscrapper
Going today isn't an option but could you call tomorrow for a chiropractic appointment?

No, not related to shoes. I can feel my tight muscles starting way up in my lower back and going down my legs to my feet.

I only got this pair a couple of months ago. I wish my problem was just with my shoes.
