OtherJohn
Hello All! Are you receiving any emails from the forums (notifications, direct messages, etc). If not, have you in the past and when was the last time you remember receiving an email from the forums? -John
TN Mama
I receive them on occasion. I have my account set up to notify me when I receive a PM, and usually I do get that notification, though not always. It has been a few weeks since I've subscribed to any threads, but I usually get sporadic e-mails that there are more responses to the thread. Joker
I received an email this morning that says it is from webmaster. It asked me to follow a link below to confirm my email/registration. There was no link. Is there something I need to do?
OtherJohn
Well that is a bit frustrating! Can you forward that email you received to webmaster@welltrainedmind.com for me? To finish the registration process, please go to http://forums.welltrainedmind.com/register.php?do=requestemail Thanks!
Joker
I forwarded it. Thanks for the link. ETA: That fixed my problem of having to do the image verification for every post as well. Thanks! Edited September 28, 2012 by Horton
Kathryn
I think the only time I've ever gotten them is a notification of a PM.
GailV
I get notification of threads I'm subscribed to. I have my account set to automatically subscribe to all threads I post in. The most recent email I got was at about 3am today. Sometimes they do seem to disappear for a few days, but right now they seem to be coming through just fine. Colleen in NS
Hello All!Are you receiving any emails from the forums (notifications, direct messages, etc). If not, have you in the past and when was the last time you remember receiving an email from the forums? -John I have my account set to NOT receive e-mails notifying me of pm's or new posts in threads I'm subscribed to. But I do receive a birthday e-mail every year from you people. :D
Woodland Mist Academy
Is there a current problem with email notification of subscribed threads? I suddenly stopped receiving them.
OtherJohn
Is there a current problem with email notification of subscribed threads? I suddenly stopped receiving them. There shouldn't be, but I will keep looking into it. Some notifications may be delayed Can you PM you email address for me to check?
Woodland Mist Academy
I think I found the problem, but I will PM you just in case. I have my emails forwarded to a different account. For some reason the original email account started reading the notification emails as SPAM. I marked them as NOT SPAM. Just in case something else needs to be done I will PM you. Thanks so much!
