KatieJ Posted September 26, 2012 Share Posted September 26, 2012 My DD told me she canned some tomatoes yesterday. She skipped the step about water bath processing them. All but one jar sealed. So...........I know next to nothing about canning anything. What is she giving up by not doing the water process. Will they be safe to eat? Are they not as fully cooked if you don't process them?
