I have a question about job applications and what to do when you unintentionally leave off some information.

I am trying to get a part time job. I applied at Kohl's and had an interview yesterday. When I filled out the application I unintentionally left off some previous employment. I have worked at both Wal-Mart and Target, but did not list them under previous employment. The reasons I didn't think about them when I filled out the application were that I was in a hurry when I was filling out the app. as I had to pick up my son, I don't think about these places as I worked at them for such a short time (2-3 months each) and I honestly don't even remember when I worked there. I didn't think about them until I was talking with my dh that evening. He said not to worry about it. So, I went to the interview and I think it went really well, but now I am worried about the missing info. I had thought for a moment during the interview that I should maybe mention the omission, but I didn't know if I should or when or how would be the best way so I didn't say anything about it. Now I am worrying myself over it. I did try to call today to speak with the lady I interviewed with, but she wasn't in.

What should I do? The original omission of the information was not intentional. At this point do I leave it be and see what happens? Should I try calling tomorrow and speaking with the lady I interviewed with and explain things to her?

Any thoughts or advice? Thanks!

I don't think it is necessary to list every place you ever worked..... I wouldn't worry about it! Sounds like you have a good chance of getting the job....good luck!!!

You don't need to list every place you have worked. As long as you gave some references, thats all they need.

If something comes up they didn't expect they will ask you about it, and then you can answer truthfully, but likely they won't worry about it.

I used to work at a grocery store and did the hiring, and I really don't think you need to stress over it :)
