I know, I know, a lot of you said it is a public street and I have no reason to whine. Well, today I got a notice on my trash cans because the trash collectors had a hard time emptying my trash. So, yes, I am whining again. If I get charged I will be furious! We are going to try to catch said neighbor to ask if he will move his car on trash days, but he is hard to catch! Agh!
