HollyDay Posted September 24, 2012 Share Posted September 24, 2012 I weighed in at 154.6. I started off 3 weeks ago today at 159.8. My goal was 2lbs a week so I didn't quite make it. But, we did add in some more carbs due to lack of energy and I guess that slowed the progress down a bit. I still want to lose another 5-6 lbs. Any more ideas??? I've been stuck at 151 and Ive been exercising now and eating good. I got down to 142 in the last couple weeks and it fluctuates if I eat high sodium or ice cream birthday cake (like last night)lol. I think the average weight loss is like 1lb. a week but I work out in the am and walk during the pm. It seems to add that little boost I need.
