Pink Fairy
I used my crockpot (probably lined with lead--yum! :D) to make corned beef. I sliced it up, added cheese and mustard, and made corned beef on rye (buttered the bread and fried like a grilled cheese). I served macaroni salad from yesterday on the side. Pink and Green Mom
I made skillet lasagna - all the taste, half the work :) My oldest insists he hates lasagna because he "hates" cheese (but loves pizza). He tells me this is so much better than the lasagna I usually make because this one doesn't have the "yucky" cheese (ricotta). Little does he know it is the exact same recipe. This is the same child who, when he was little, "hated" spinach but loved his "leaf salad."
