Nestof3
I was thinking of having the time span be 3,500 BC to 500 AD -- allowing for Sumerian writing at 3,200 BC and Fall of the Roman Empire being 476 AD. Does this sound good?
Blueridge
Here are several free timeline print outs (scroll down) if you wanted to see how they broke it up into time segments: http://www.squidoo.com/homeschooltimelines I remember the Tanglewood curriculum offering a book of the centuries pdf that was broken into the 4 classical periods. I *think* it is still available: http://www.tanglewoodeducation.com/orderT.htm The curriculum we use starts our timeline at recording Adam and Eve around 4004 BC but you know how hard that is to pinpoint. ;)
Nestof3
Thanks, ladies. My husband and I worked on it last night and came up with this. I figured whatever happened prior to Sumerian writing could be put to the left of it.
