TravelingChris
I have a simple legal question. If a company sends you bills charging you a certain amount of money for certain services as listed on the bill and then does not provide those services even though you are paying the bills, isn't that a breach of contract?? My cable service says that they just label the bills wrong and even though it says bladdyblah bundle includes these channels and internet and phone, it really doesn't but I should pay the bill anyway, I think they need to provide me with accurate bills, not fluff pieces telling me I am getting X+Y+Z when I am only getting X.
