more energy today!!!

Today I added more carb and I think that must be what I've been lacking. Breakfast was protein and veggie, which has been fine all along. Midmorning snack was about 1/4 cup granola (big change, IF I had midmorning snack, it was cheese). Lunch was multi bean and hamburger chili which filled me up, but gave me lots of energy for the afternoon. Afternoon snack was 1/4 cup peanuts. I've had MUCH more energy today than I have had in the past 3 weeks. It must be the carbs. I'm planning a salad with grilled chicken for dinner. Still no fruit added in yet.

 

Still sound reasonable????
