Unicorn.
We have an opportunity to get full online access to Rosetta Stone for a year for $75. Dh and I want to jump at the opportunity, but we have dial-up. Does anyone w/ dial-up have this kind of access, and do you have any problems? I tried to view the demo at their website today, but only about 1/2 of it downloaded. I'm worried that we will have similar problems w/ the program. Thanks for any info./advice you can give me. We're off to swim practice, but I'll check back tonight.

Angel
No help here. But I am curious as to where you are getting online access for $75 a year. I'd love to hear, if you can share.
Unicorn.
Through a very large, local homeschool co-op group. We don't belong to the group, but they just opened it up to all homeschoolers in our area.
Angel
Cool. Thanks for letting me know. Incidentally, since no one else has piped up, my mom and dad have dial-up and working on their computer is a bear. They are WAY out in the boonies, though, and I don't know if that's makes any difference. When I'm there, I can only do the simplest things, it takes a long time for everything else.
