Thanks for sharing that link. It's appalling, how long the FDA has insisted dental amalgam is safe. Back in the early '90s, when I worked in environmental litigation for Travelers Insurance, there was already a great deal of evidence to the contrary ~ and a great deal of pending claims.

I can't help but think that this is no different than the mercury in vaccinations. The FDA insists vaccines are safe - including thimerosal- but come on. Is it not common sense? This is infuriating if I ponder it too long...

My sister and I were just talking about this very topic the other night. She has concerns about the composite material used in fillings these days. A few years ago, she worked for a dentist and asked her about the plastic material in composites. The dentist said it was nothing to worry about, that plastic is absolutely safe and not at all toxic.

I don't know, LOL, they've still got the word "may" in there, so they may backtrack yet. Wonder how long it will be before they'll give up and admit that injecting it in vaccines might be even more dangerous than allowing it in fillings....?
