I think I could survive on ten almonds a day and not even lose weight in the process. How does anyone go on a dairy free, gluten free, grain free, peanut free, legume free, sugar free diet and not lose weight? Seriously :confused: I knew that I wasn't an over eater and that my metabolism was messed up, but I just want to cry. There, you may now return to your chatting. Thanks for letting me vent.
