We could use good energy -- how ever it is that you evoke that -- today, now, this moment, tomorrow. I'll spare the details this go around (unlike me, I know). Suffice it to say that the piano chaos yesterday was a cake walk compared to today.

Clarity and good judgement are wanted. Patience and compassion are critical. Strength to do what's right.

Mamagistra recently talked of "bad things" coming in threes. I'm going to assume I've rolled with the first two and that this is the last.

Wow.

:grouphug::grouphug: Is this one of those... "and you thought having dial up was bad" kind of days?

This is one of those "somebody hit me with a two by four while simultaneously yanking the rug out from under me" kind of days.

Ick.

Sorry things are rough, Doran. You just roll, baby, roll! You can do it. Heck, even I've had to do it, much as I hate it.

When things like that happen to me, I find myself getting really controlling about the things I can control - like my spice rack. :) See if that doesn't make you feel better. That spice rack can't talk back and make decisions you don't like, now can it?

Many years ago, an older friend of mine called me at 7 am. Her son - who had been dealing drugs - had been shot. And killed. Just like that. Gone, at 18. I was in such shock, I think I cleaned everyone's house between mine and hers. It was all I could do to cope, to have some control over the craziness of it all, you know?

Probably not the healthiest way to deal with things, but it's better than ripping your hair out. Just do what you can, and bend where you have to.

:grouphug::grouphug::grouphug: We love you, Doran. You hang tough.

Doran,

I am so sorry, here is lots of good energy, and put it in the Lords hands. My new mantra is every morning. God, I dont know what today brings, but I put it in your hands.

Hope helps,

Jet

Oh, hang in there Doran. So sorry that you have had such a rough and tumble time today.

:grouphug:

Times like this really do stink! So very sorry.

I know how awful it is to get sucker punched.

Thoughts and prayers your way.

Fortunately, it goes both ways -- good things come in threes, too. :grouphug:

But, if you subscribe to the "bad things come in threes" theory, there is an opposite which says that "good things come in threes". So, once you get past this bad period, you will have great things coming! Here's another :grouphug: to help you through this time.
