Mommy to monkeys Posted September 15, 2012 Share Posted September 15, 2012 We have about a dozen or so different lauri sets. . .and probably about half a dozen lost pieces (rough estimate). I know they used to replace lost pieces for something like 50 cents or so. Do they still do that? Can someone point me in that direction? The company is different than I remember. Anyway, there's a number to call in you're missing pieces, but I'm not finding their actual policy. Wondering if anyone here has gotten replacements? I just looked up the website earlier today. . .can't make phone calls when all the kids are awake. They. . .um. . .they KNOW when I'm on the phone.;) but yes. . .i should call Monday.
