My husband and I split the HS time with me taking three days/week and my husband with two. By the end of the school year, we agreed to keep him home this year to help him get caught up and learn to read in his own time (he's dyslexic). I would love to keep him home indefinitely, but since my husband has him part of the time it needs to be a joint decision. Well, today at lunch my husband said that we probably should keep our son home another year (and this year has just started).
