fell of the low carb wagon

I got a mini hot fudge shake at Sonic (1/2 price shakes after 8:00 !!!)

 

I've been doing well and it has been such a long time since I have had such a treat. And it was just a mini...

 

But it just isn't worth it. I wish I hadn't. Must get back on tomorrow. Hopefully how I feel now (bloated and guilty) will deter me from doing it again anytime soon.

 

Just felt the need to confess. I think I'll skip the scale tomorrow.

 

(totally aware of my typo- "off" not "of".)

:grouphug: I went off for one day, ate about 1/2 cup of linguini, (fresh clams and sauce!) and two pieces of bread.

 

HUGE mistake. Gained something like 3/4 pounds. Took me a week to get back, and I felt like CRUD. Headache, insane bloating, ugh. Terrible. SO not worth it.

 

Right now I'm really low carb (almost none) high, high fat. Really high fat. Two tbsp coconut oil and tons of butter, bacon fat, heavy cream, lots of cheese. Moderate/low protein.

Peanut butter and Nutella :glare: I had suuuuuuch a good day today but then starting licking my knife as I prepped kiddos sandwiches for tomorrow...which turned into probably 3 T of licks followed by a glass of milk.

 

I can't believe it, but my tummy is all upset- LOL. I am ok w/ peanut butter, but the milk & sugar in Nutella has me feeling awful. :(

 

Anyway- its not important that we fall off- that's a guarantee, right? Its getting back on the wagon tomorrow that is the REALLY big deal. :grouphug:
