DS is 3 1/2 and spent almost two weeks in Jan '11 with my mom & dad so it's not the first time he has been away from me. After we had said good-bye, I went outdoors and sat on the steps to watch him leave. :crying: DS was absolutely fine - I am a bit worried he has never spent over night with BD before, but I think he will be fine.... Now it is just me and DD. (DH is at work) Of course now I am picking up house, and I keep thinking of all the things I forgot - like I forgot to give BD a copy of his health insurance cards! The sweatshirt DS left on the bathroom floor (that I told him not to leave... thankfully he has a second one in his suitcase)... the children's ibuprofen that hasn't been unpacked yet.
